Diagnose my illness. Lancer Sportback I spotted last night for your time.

Headache. I have migraines but this is different/in addition to.

Nausea/dizziness. Mostly when erect. STANDING, not... the other thing. That works fine.

Stomach pains. Like I have gas... but higher. No need to poot/burp. Am still getting hungry and eating meals normally.

Lack of focus. Not the Ford. I literally had to stop writing this 5 times to think about what the fuck I was talking about. WORK HAS BEEN FUN.

What is wrong with me, and should I waste my time calling my doctor?

Last Spring, I experienced symptoms 1-3 about a month before I had to have emergency surgery to remove my inflamed appendix. I feel like symptom 4 could be a result of symptom 1.

Checked Web MD, pretty sure it’s cancer. Kidding aside, it might be some sort of viral thing, but the dizziness is concerning. Any Fever? Go see a doctor.

Here’s me, every time I go to the doctor:

“Hi, I need to make an appointment? I have xxxxxx wrong with me”

“You have an opening at XX:XX on the XXth? Okay, I’ll be there”

*gets up the day of the appointment, feels fine*

“Shit. Well, guess I’ll go anyways”

*goes to doctor, tells him I’m feeling okay NOW, but a day or two ago....*

Doc “You’re fine, everything checks out, I’ll send the bill in the mail!!!”

You know what really sucks with that situation? Any kind of cyclical mental disorder.

Murphy’s Law of Crazy is that you’ll be the most normal on the day of the appointment.

Yeah, I know, but it is something bad, it’s best to catch it early. I’ve never heard of symptoms like you’re having. Good that you still have an appetite.

There’s approximately infinite things that could describe haha.

If the gut pain is in the upper right quadrant it could be gall-stones. They come along with the dizziness and distraction. Diverticulitis does the same but the pain’s a bit lower. Both of those blow (know from experience) and there’s nothing you can do at home.

Go see a doc.

I agree with jariten1781. It could be gall stones.

Quick test - eat a bowl of real ice cream (not yogurt or fat-free). The gall bladder is stimulated by fatty foods and if there is a stone causing an obstruction, the pain will be exquisite.

DQ has ruined an entire generation. A Blizzard is not made of ice cream. From DQ’s FAQ :

“Technically, our soft serve does not qualify to be called ice cream. Go get some real ice cream or perhaps a serving of smothered fries. Something really fatty. Then you will know.
